EVANSTON, IL., AUGUST 7, 2013—In loving memory of Brother H. Campbell "Cal" Stuckeman, Penn State 1937, his estate has made a generous gift to the Sigma Chi Foundation to establish a Donor-Scholar endowment fund. Through the Donor-Scholar program, alumni can endow a $1,000 annual academic scholarship by making a one-time gift of $25,000.The donor names the scholarship and can require that first preference for the award be given to a qualified applicant from their chapter.

The Stuckeman gift will provide an estimated 20 annual academic scholarships, with first priority given to applicants from Penn State. These scholarships will be awarded to brothers who show outstanding leadership, academic excellence, and commitment to their chapters and campuses. The recipients will be designated Stuckeman Scholars. Online applications will be available at in the spring of 2014.

H. Campbell "Cal" Stuckeman
Brother Stuckeman entered the Chapter Eternal on November 15, 2012. He was 98. Brother Stuckeman was a Significant Sig and Hall Of Fame Sig. He retired in 1997 as president and chairman of The Precise Corporation, a manufacturer of machine tools. He was a longtime benefactor and Distinguished Alumnus of Penn State.

Brother Stuckeman's generous donations to the Sigma Chi Foundation qualified him for membership in the William Lewis Lockwood Society—the Foundation's premier giving society. All honor to his name.
